SECTION 16 - ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

ROC CO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.

16.1 Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas: We deliver across the GTA. If unsure, contact info@roccoshop.ca.

Delivery Times: Standard deliveries occur between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Missed Deliveries: Orders may be left with a neighbor, in a safe location, or rescheduled (fees may apply).

Signature Requirements: Not required; drivers will take a photo for confirmation.

16.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Full refunds if canceled 48 hours before delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

Non-Refundable Situations: Incorrect address provided, theft after delivery, weather delays.

16.3 Subscription Terms

Billing & Recurring Payments: Auto-charged on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Subscription Cancellations: Must be requested 3 days before the next billing cycle.

Subscription Modifications: Requests to change floral selections must be made 48 hours in advance.

16.4 Subscription Cancellation Policy

Minimum Commitment: A three (3) order commitment is required to retain your 15% discount.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime after three orders. If canceled early, the 15% discount from your first order will be revoked, and a $50 fee will be charged.

Design Adjustments: For subscriptions with monthly design changes, updates must be submitted before your billing date to apply to the next order.

Final Agreement: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

16.5 Substitution Policy

If specific flowers are unavailable, we will substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended style.

16.6 Privacy Policy

Personal data is securely stored and used for order processing and marketing (if opted in).

We do not share or sell customer data.

16.7 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email info@roccoshop.ca within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
